In 2010, Scott Sullivan first announced plans to open up Greenbush Brewing Company in downtown Sawyer, MI. The bar opened in June 2011 after Sullivan, and business partner Justin Heckathorn received their state liquor license.〔Gudas, Ray. In April 2014, Greenbush announced that it had purchased a mobile food vending van. The van will be known as the brisket van, it will travel to various local companies around lunch time for employees to purchase many food items from.
